CAPM is Coming!

It may be chilly outside, but spring is closer than it seems! April is Child Abuse Prevention Month, and we're gearing up with an updated Get Involved Lane County website (stay tuned for more on that as we get closer to CAPM) and pinwheel gardens across the county. The Children's Bureau, in partnership with other government agencies, has also released some great 2018 resources and materials that you'll want to check out here . Especially valuable is a series of tip sheets for parents on everything from managing stress to connecting with teenagers, which are available here . Child Abuse Prevention Month Kicks Off in Cottage Grove (CG Sentinel)

The goal is to reduce child abuse by 90 percent by the year 2030 and this year, the 90by30 group is taking to the streets of Cottage Grove to help raise awareness.
