Celia Caffery is passionate about supporting families seeking stability and safety. She moved to Eugene from Connecticut, where she worked as a victim advocate providing supportive services, advocacy, and counseling for adults and children experiencing violent crime through in-home and court services. She is currently pursuing an M.Ed. in Prevention Science at the University of Oregon and is interested in studying violence prevention and trauma recovery. She is excited to join the important work being done at 90by30/CPAN as a research assistant and explore the many beautiful hiking spots Oregon has to offer.
