Teri Gutierrez, M.Ed.

Teri Gutierrez was most recently the Administrative and Project Management Director at Oregon Center for Applied Science, Inc. She received her M.Ed from the University of Oregon in Family and Human Services. She is an experienced research project manager with 10 years of experience supporting intervention research and an additional 10 years providing crisis intervention, advocacy, cross discipline trainings, community organizing, administrative and executive services at Womenspace, Sexual Assault Support Services, Attorney General Sexual Assault Task Force and NOVA (batterer intervention services). 

Teri is a Project Management Institute-Certified Agile Practitioner and is proficient at synchronizing research project tasks with the Agile development process, including iterative formative, user testing and beta testing by the target-participant. She has vast experience in coordinating staffing, adherence to the timeline across multiple projects, study logistics, research protocol and instrument development, data collection, and management of human subjects/IRB protocols.
